SFT has been selected by the Indiana State Department of Health
to facilitate development of the state-wide health information
exchange strategy for public health that is linked to community-based
HIEs.

SFT has contracted with the Maryland Health Care Commission
(MHCC) to gather, analyze, and report the views of various health
care sectors on privacy and security of electronically exchanged
health information.

SFT has contracted with Marion County Health Department in
Indianapolis, Indiana, to launch, Community Health Information
System, a quality of life indicators web site. The site is being
developed in collaboration with Indiana University and WFYI
Teleplex and cuts across health, safety, economy, arts and culture,
education, and other areas.

SFT has contracted with the Marion County Health Department
in Indianapolis, Indiana under the three-year Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation Common Ground Grant to facilitate external party
dialog for the exchange electronic data around large-scale outbreaks
and other public health emergencies.

Camilla Hull Brown has been named as the Interim Executive
Director of the Clark and Champaign Counties Health Information
Exchange (CCHIE) in Springfield, Ohio, to launch their HIE.
- Camilla Hull Brown has been appointed as:
- Member of eHealth Initiative’s Blue Print Committee
on Improving Population Health. Focus is on using secure,
electronic health information that supports public health,
performance measurement, quality improvement, and research.
- Member of the HIMSS HIE Steering Committee.
- Member of the Indiana Grassroots Campaign for Healthcare
Reform made up of 20 state-wide thought leaders in health
care.
